Technology-assisted dietary assessment can improve the evaluation of food and nutrient intake in primary care. The University of Hong Kong, Department of Paediatric and Adolescent Medicine has lately developed and successfully validated a self-administered electronic Food Frequency Questionnaire (eFFQ) application. Our eFFQ has been proven to be a reliable tool to capture nutritional intake in replacement of the more labour-intensive food diary and multiple 24 hour recalls.
